Venous Blood Sample

This type of sample requires a professional to draw blood from a vein. You can arrange this service through your local medical practice or through various providers such as Superdrug.

Ensure to bring the provided sample collection kit to your appointment.

Once you have your blood sample, place the tube in the prepaid envelope and mail it to our laboratory.

Capillary Blood Sample

This type of sample can be easily collected at home using the provided lancet. Follow these steps:

Hydration: Make sure that you are well hydrated prior to taking the test.

Wash Your Hands: Use warm water and soap, then dry them thoroughly.

Warm your hand(s): Place your hand(s) in a bowl of warm water, it will make the blood flow easier. Dry hand(s) read for lancing.

Prepare the Lancet: Remove the cap and place the lancet on the side of your fingertip.

Collect the Sample: Press the lancet firmly to draw blood, then use the collection tube to catch the drops.

Seal the Sample: Secure the cap on the collection tube.

Mail the Sample: Place the tube in the prepaid envelope and mail it to our laboratory.

Urine Sample

This type of sample can also be collected at home. Follow these steps:

Prepare the Container: Use the provided sterile container.

Collect the Midstream Sample: Begin urinating, then place the container in the stream to catch the urine, avoiding the initial and final parts.

Seal the Container: Close the lid tightly to prevent leaks.

Mail the Sample: Place the container in the prepaid envelope and mail it to our laboratory.
